How Berea Dumpster Rental handles the information you give us when booking a dumpster: what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.
When you book or request a quote we take your name, phone number, delivery address, email, and a description of the job. Our website records standard server logs (IP address, pages viewed, browser type) for security and capacity planning.
Scheduling deliveries and pickups, sending confirmations and scale tickets, billing, and answering your calls with context. Server logs are used only to keep the site running and abusive traffic out.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not run third-party ad trackers on this site. Marketing texts or emails only go out if you opted in, and every one carries a working stop link.
Our dispatch and billing staff; our card processor (for payments only); and disposal facilities where load manifests legally require an origin address. That's the whole list.
Booking records are retained for seven years for tax and manifest compliance. You may request a copy or deletion of your data (where the law allows deletion) by emailing info@bereadumpsterrental.com. We answer within 30 days.
If this policy changes, the new version posts here with a new effective date. We will not quietly weaken it.
